Service provides an opportunity for the employer (a natural person authorised to represent the legal person or an employer as a natural person) electronically submit a notification of the Labour Inspection the employer’ s losses in connection with the accident at work, thereby speeding up the information exchange process. Consequently, this will permit to acquire, develop and collect objective information on the employers' overall loss costs.

Process description

  1. Submission of documents
    Using the e-services:
    The employer or a plenipotentiary person affirm their identity when you sign up for the Portal, with the available authentication features, and initiate an e-service, confirming the e-service usage conditions to be completed by the e-services, and submit to the Labour Inspection.

    Submitting e-mail:
    The employer or person prepared by the plenipotentiary sent a letter with advice to the Labour Inspectorate department.

    When submitting the post office:
    The employer or a plenipotentiary person sends the letter with advice to the Labour Inspectorate department.

    By submitting in person:
    The employer or a plenipotentiary of the Labour Inspection, the person comes in the customer service department at the time of completing the form on the ground, and there shall be submitted.
